On Teacher Development
Teachers play an important role in the development of a student. They add value & strength to an institution, in fact they are the sole source of a child’s learning experience.
We are fortunate at CIS to have a dedicated staff, who go out of the way to challenge and inspire our students. Our teachers are the cornerstone of our school.
In order for a teacher to excel , they must be allowed to grow in their profession, CIS provides regular professional development workshops to help our teachers achieve this goal. These workshops cover classroom management rules, consequences of student behavior, capacity building and training programs, personality development and back to school sessions.
We believe that a teacher can shape the life of a child and that is why each and every teacher is such an integral part of MGIS and their development is our priority.
